Features:
Floor = Steel reinforced 8 inch thick waffled and insulated construction with continuous perimeter heavy steel angle to prevent spalling of the floor slab during handling and installation.
Roof = Steel reinforced 8 inch thick waffled and insulated construction with 1/8 inch per foot pitch from center to roof edge. Roof is covered with a 40 mil single piece reinforced sheet membrane to ensure a long lasting weatherproof seal.
Walls = Steel reinforced 4" solid concrete wall construction with a sealed exposed aggregate finish. (other finishes optional)
Floor to wall joints are a step joint and double sealed. Modules welded and double sealed
Roof to wall joints are a step joint and double sealed. Roof perimeter has a 2" overhang.
Vertical wall-to-wall joints will be offset and triple sealed.
Interior finish = Walls and ceiling insulated (R-11) and finished with white FRP laminate paneling with matching trim.
Floor to have a commercial grade vinyl tile and 4" cove base.
Doors are heavy gauge steel construction with cast-in-place frame and commercial grade hardware.
HVAC systems are wall mounted self contained units with many sizes and options
available to ensure a stable environment.
Electrical systems are custom designed to meet your equipment demands and follow required codes.
